The right team is essential to our success. As a Recruiter, you will identify and bring in talent that keeps our supply chain resilient, operations efficient, and teams ready to scale.

Scope: Support Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Logistics, Supplier Quality, and broader Business Operations functions. 6‑month contract.

• A recruiter who can spot high‑impact talent across supply chain and operations.
• Curious about how companies build, scale, and optimize global operations.
• Helps translate Tenstorrent’s mission into compelling reasons for candidates to join.
• Thrives in fast‑moving, scrappy, evolving environments, ideally with startup experience.
• Energized by partnering closely with hiring managers and influencing talent decisions in complex, business‑critical areas.

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience across supply chain, operations, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, planning, or related functions.
• Ability to build talent pipelines beyond Linked In through industry networks, referrals, niche communities, and targeted market mapping.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate profiles, and move searches forward with speed and clarity.
• Strong candidate assessment and closing skills, especially for operationally critical roles.
• A process‑oriented mindset that keeps recruiting workflows sharp, human, and scalable.
