• Establish and professionalize HR processes and systems to support rapid growth
• Lead talent acquisition across operations and corporate functions
• Develop compensation structures, performance frameworks, and retention initiatives
• Strengthen compliance, policies, and the overall employee experience

• 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, in small-to-mid-sized, high-growth organizations
• Broad exposure across recruiting, comp & benefits, performance management, training, and retention
• A track record of building and scaling HR infrastructure (policies, compliance, org structure)
• Strong command of U.S. labor law and HR compliance
• A pragmatic, hands‑on operator who can both lead strategically and execute day‑to‑day
