About the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Recruiter to join our recruiting team. The position is responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for roles across all corporate brands. The Sales Recruiter will develop and execute a best‑in‑class employee relations strategy to attract and hire top‑level talent. This is an in‑office, performance‑based role with significant earning potential for individuals who consistently meet and exceed business objectives.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Source and build a pipeline of candidates using referrals, networking, direct sourcing, Linked In, and other channels.
- Create innovative sourcing strategies to proactively recruit passive candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to recruit and hire top candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system.
- Pre‑screen candidates using available screening tools, including resume analysis, telephone screens, reference checks, etc.
- Document all candidate correspondence in the ATS and communicate with all applicants not hired or determined unqualified for employment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and staff in a results‑driven, team‑oriented environment.
- Demonstrate effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
- Negotiate salaries and present compensation and benefit packages to candidates during the offer process.
- 2+ years proven recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting, preferably in a fast‑paced organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Experience sourcing, qualifying, and interviewing candidates.
- Extensive knowledge of full‑cycle recruitment and candidate negotiation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high‑volume recruiting pipeline (job descriptions, tracking systems, correspondence, etc.).
- Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- High degree of business savvy and ability to use discretion.
