WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Lead proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent through direct sourcing, industry networks, referrals, and targeted outreach
- Develop and execute effective recruitment plans aligned to business priorities and workforce needs
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and advise on market trends
- Assess candidates against role requirements, competencies, and organizational fit to ensure high-quality hiring decisions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions and driving best practices
- Leverage ATS and recruiting tools to track, manage, and report on candidate activity in compliance with EEO and company policies
- Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and a professional, engaging process
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and overall hiring outcomes
- Support broader talent acquisition initiatives and projects as needed
- High School Degree or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred
- 7+ years of recruiting experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based, and job-specific software.
- Hybrid work option 4 days in office and 1 remote
- Limited travel
- Proven track record in recruiting high-quality candidates for senior level and corporate roles
- Strong ability to source passive candidates
- Ability to establish and maintain strong, credible relationships with business leaders by demonstrating deep understanding of their functions, goals, and talent needs
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multifunctional and diverse backgrounds
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with the capability to influence and persuade key stakeholders in candidate hiring decisions
- Strong time management and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
