What You’ll Be Doing
End-to-End Recruitment: Recruit, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract, contract-to-hire, or permanent basis.
Creative Sourcing: Develop innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies to expand your talent pool and attract top candidates.
Candidate Interviews: Conduct thorough phone and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and job requirements.
Pipeline Building: Foster long-term relationships with candidates to build and maintain a quality talent pipeline.
Consistent Communication: Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
Quality Service: Call current contractor workforce and recently placed permanent candidates to maintain quality service and seek referrals.
Account Management: Manage new and existing client accounts, including client visits, to ensure satisfaction and growth.
Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with quality standards, company processes, in-country legislation (including Occupational Health & Safety), and client-specific requirements.
Business Development: Generate new business through leads and referrals from candidates and clients, and develop long-term strategic client relationships through both telephone and face-to-face meetings.
Balance Management: Maintain a balance of job orders and qualified candidates, managing multiple complex selling opportunities.
What We’re Looking ForRecruitment
Experience:
3+ years of recruitment experience within Power and Utilities (agency required).
Confident Personality: Outgoing and confident, with a proven track record in recruitment.
Organizational
Skills:
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
Ambition: Ambitious and driven to be successful, with a target-oriented mindset.
Multi-Tasking: Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
