Florvets Structures, a leading construction company in Houston, Texas, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Representative to join our team. We specialize in building commercial and residential structures and are committed to providing the highest quality service to our clients.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives
• Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other recruitment sources
• Conduct new employee orientation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
• Coordinate and conduct employee training programs
• Manage performance evaluation processes and work with managers to address any performance issues
• Handle employee relations and address any employee grievances or conflicts
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate employee records and files
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
• Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the construction industry
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
• SHRM certification is a plus
