Addison Group is seeking a Leave of Absence Specialist in Houston, TX to coordinate LOA, FMLA, and LTD processes on a contract basis. You will serve as a subject-matter expert, educate staff, and collaborate with HR, Payroll and Benefits to ensure policy compliance and timely employee returns to work.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in HR, with strong MS Office skills, confidentiality, and vendor coordination experience in a fast-paced environment.
