Key Accountabilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
- Develop recruitment strategies tailored to business needs and market conditions.
- Ensure an efficient, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Identify and engage active and passive candidates using multiple sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Utilize Boolean searches, networking, referrals, and social media sourcing techniques.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
- Provide guidance on hiring strategies, market trends, and compensation benchmarks.
- Influence hiring decisions using market intelligence and recruitment data.
- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is $78k to 103k plus applicable benefits.
This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
