Preboarding Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Preboarding Specialist to join their team. As a Preboarding Specialist, you will be part of the HR Operations support team, ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding process for new hires. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm*

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, welcoming them and communicating next steps throughout the preboarding process.

+ Conduct proactive outreach and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of pre-employment requirements.

+ Coordinate and track pre-employment screenings, including background checks, drug tests, and physicals.

+ Support scheduling and rescheduling of drug tests and physical appointments to ensure start-date readiness.

+ Monitor screening progress and follow up with candidates and vendors to resolve outstanding items.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred or a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HR operations or compliance roles.

+ High-volume hiring experience, including support of compressed hiring timelines.

+ Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.

+ Proficiency with Google Suite;
Workday experience is preferred.
