As a University Relations Coordinator I, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition supporting university recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage logistics for university recruitment events
- Assist in planning and executing university outreach activities and events
- Manage travel arrangements and related details for candidates and team members
- Support communication and follow-up with candidates and university contacts
- Ensure smooth operation of recruitment logistics to meet organizational goals
What's Needed?
- Experience in coordinating interviews, events, or logistics
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Local candidates preferred with relevant coordination experience
