As a University Relations Coordinator I, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition supporting university recruitment initiatives. What's the Job?

• Coordinate interview schedules and manage logistics for university recruitment events
• Assist in planning and executing university outreach activities and events
• Manage travel arrangements and related details for candidates and team members
• Support communication and follow-up with candidates and university contacts
• Ensure smooth operation of recruitment logistics to meet organizational goals

What's Needed?

• Experience in coordinating interviews, events, or logistics
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Local candidates preferred with relevant coordination experience
