Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate and timely offer letters in alignment with company policies and compensation guidelines.
• Collaborate with recruiters and HR partners to ensure offer details are complete and compliant.
• Maintain templates and documentation to support consistency and compliance across offer letters.
• Facilitate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring all required documentation and system entries are completed.
• Partner with Recruiter to troubleshoot onboarding issues.
• Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding tasks or documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for managing the conversion of contingent workers to full-time employees.
• Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to ensure compliance and visibility.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR platforms.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of SOP’s and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, employment laws, and data privacy regulations.

• 1 year of experience in talent acquisition operations, HR coordination or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Success Factors, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Associate degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
