To support a dynamic Talent Acquisition team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Sourcer will proactively research, identify, and engage potential candidates, focusing on sourcing, recruiting, and selecting high-performing talent aligned with company culture.
Key responsibilities- Executes sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting processes to ensure service excellence and a positive candidate experience
- Implements and develops sourcing strategies for proactive talent management through various channels
- Builds networks to find qualified passive candidates and communicates search status regularly to the team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of demonstrated talent sourcing experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Proficiency and experience with ICIMS tracking systems preferred
