Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Corporate. This role offers a strong base salary and bonus for the right person. You will be hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days at home.
You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for business functions, with a primary focus on Sales, Finance, HR, IT and Operations. Serving as a strategic talent partner to business leaders, this role develops sourcing strategies, provides market intelligence, and delivers exceptional candidate experiences to attract top talent. Success requires recruiting expertise within the IT services, technology consulting, or professional services industry, strong business acumen, and the ability to build talent pipelines that support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders across corporate functions, with a primary focus on Sales, to develop effective recruiting strategies and hiring plans
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for Sales, Corporate, and technology consulting positions.
- Build and maintain pipelines of high-performing Sales and corporate professionals to support current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews while ensuring consistent candidate experience throughout recruitment process
- Experience creating internal recruiting processes
- Ability to support the transition of an ATS system
- Support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies by participating in system testing, process design, user adoption, and training for recruiters and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics and KPIs to ensure quality-of-hire and time-to-fill targets are achieved, translating data into actionable insights for leadership
- Support employer branding initiatives by participating in recruiting events, networking opportunities, college recruiting activities, and other talent attraction efforts.
- Provide hiring managers with market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive recruiting practices to support hiring decisions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a track record of recruiting for corporate functions, including sales, business development, marketing, finance human resources, and other
- Significant experience recruiting within the IT services, technology consulting, managed services or professional services industry
- Strong understanding of recruiting tools and platforms such as Linked In, Workday, and Bullhorn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to use data to inform decisions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and adaptability in navigating change and challenges
