Description

Our client in Northwest Houston is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support a fast-paced, high-volume operation with approximately 300 employees. This is a hands-on strategic HR role for someone who thrives in a visible, people-focused environment and can build strong partnerships across the business.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in employee relations and workplace investigations, along with the ability to balance day-to-day HR support with broader business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees across the organization

Lead and manage employee relations matters and workplace investigations

Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Support organizational initiatives and HR-related project management

Partner with leadership to drive strategic HR priorities while remaining hands-on in daily operations

Help foster a positive, engaged, and compliant workplace culture

Travel to the Rosenberg location once per week

Requirements - At least 3 years of human resources experience in a generalist, business partner, or comparable HR role.

- Demonstrated success managing employee relations matters and leading workplace investigations.

- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-moving, high-volume setting with a sizable employee population.

- Experience supporting an organization of roughly 300 employees or a similarly scaled workforce.

- Strong ability to shift between strategic planning and hands-on execution as business needs change.

- Bachelor's degree is required; an HR certification is preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain a visible onsite presence and build trust across teams.

- Familiarity with Paylocity and willingness to travel weekly are preferred.
