Job Opportunity

We are looking for a self-starter with strong time management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. The position will be located in the office located in North Houston.

• Source qualified candidates for exempt and non-exempt openings
• Actively source resumes and help assess candidates
• Facilitate recruiting activities and events, including job fairs
• Screen candidates by phone, video or in person
• Write job descriptions and post them internally and externally
• Schedule candidate interviews with department managers, staff, human resources and senior leaders
• Maintain interview and hiring records
• Prepare hiring paperwork and information packets
• Assist with the onboarding of new employees
• Work with human resources and other departments for new hire training and orientation
• Complete human resources projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field preferred.
