The HR Administrator will also provide limited purchasing and administrative support to other areas of the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys variety, working with employees, and contributing in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $60,000 - $70,000

HR Administrator Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Manager with day-to-day Human Resources operations and administrative functions.
- Assist with recruiting activities, including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and hiring documentation.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure required employment documentation is completed accurately and timely.
- Maintain employee personnel files, HR records, and confidential documentation.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, employee changes, documentation, and employee questions.
- Provide payroll support using ADP and assist with maintaining accurate payroll-related information.
- Process employee changes and maintain documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Respond to routine employee questions and provide professional support to employees and internal departments.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling employee, payroll, benefits, and other sensitive information.
- Assist with office supply ordering and other routine purchasing activities.
- Provide general administrative support to internal departments as needed.
- Help maintain accurate, organized, and efficient HR processes and records.
Skills and Abilities
:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Working knowledge of ADP required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Professional and approachable when interacting with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong follow-through and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with HR and other departments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of Human Resources, HR coordination, HR administration, or related experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ADP required.
- Experience supporting onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, payroll, and/or recruiting strongly preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Previous purchasing or general administrative support experience is a plus.
