This is a high-impact IC role that sits at the intersection of compensation design, financial rigor, and people impact, accountable for scalable, equitable pay structures worldwide.
You will partner with Finance, People Partners, HR Ops, HRIS, IT, Payroll, and business leaders to drive pay-for-performance, budgeting, LTIP, and benchmarking.
