Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support a large Sports Retail Corporate teams, with a significant focus on Information Technology and other corporate functions. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and plays a critical role in aligning people strategies with business objectives.
As an HRBP, you'll be partnering directly with Directors, Senior Managers, Vice Presidents, and business leaders to influence organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 4-6+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience supporting large, complex, and fast-paced business groups.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with Director-level and senior leadership teams.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Working knowledge of employment-based immigration and visa processes, including common work authorization types and transitions.
- Experience using HR metrics and analytics to support business decisions.
- Excellent coaching, consulting, and influencing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong business relationships.
- Experience supporting Information Technology organizations.
- Experience supporting large corporate environments.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
- Experience leading projects, process improvements, or business initiatives.
