PositionSummary
Deacero USA is seeking an experienced Total Rewards - Benefits & Compensation SME to join our Human Resources team.
This strategic role will lead the design, administration, and continuous improvement of our compensation and benefits programs while ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional employee experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about using data to drive decisions, developing competitive total rewards strategies, and partnering with leadership to attract and retain top talent.
As our Total Rewards SME, you will:
- Lead the strategy and administration of employee benefits, including healthcare, retirement, wellness, and voluntary benefit programs.
- Develop and maintain compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs.
- Conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys, and pay equity analyses to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- Partner with executive leadership on compensation strategy, workforce planning, and total rewards initiatives.
- Manage annual benefit renewals, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service level agreements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FLSA, and IRS requirements.
- Analyze workforce and benefits data to identify trends, forecast costs, and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to ensure accurate administration and alignment of compensation and benefits programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- At least 3 years of dedicated experience in Total Rewards, Benefits, and Compensation.
- Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, benefits administration, salary benchmarking, and pay equity.
- Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably ADP Workforce Now
. - Advanced Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)
