Salary: $80,000 - $97,000 per year
Work Schedule: Hybrid - Contract to Permanent – In-office Tuesday through Thursday;
Remote Monday & Friday. Some clinic visits may be required on in-office days.

Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic HR support to leadership teams within Legacy Community Health. This role requires a strong background in employee relations, coaching, and HR strategy, as well as the ability to build trusted partnerships with managers and directors. The HRBP in Houston will work closely with leadership to develop talent strategies, drive engagement, and proactively address workforce challenges.
Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Support- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and directors, providing HR guidance on workforce planning, leadership development, and team performance.
- Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies that support engagement, retention, and organizational goals.
- Identify workforce trends and proactively develop HR solutions to drive performance and culture.
- Conduct employee relations investigations, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Guide and coach leaders on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement strategies.
- Provide expert counsel on HR best practices, compliance, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with leadership to create development plans for high-potential employees.
- Partner with Learning & Development to deliver training programs for managers.
- Support succession planning and career pathing initiatives to strengthen internal talent pipelines.
- Utilize HR metrics and data to drive decision-making and recommend proactive solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve policies, streamline HR processes, and enhance overall employee experience.
- Drive initiatives to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within business units.
- 7-10 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations, coaching, and business partnership.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and talent management.
- Proven ability to influence leaders, drive change, and build high-trust relationships.
- Experience working in multi-site or healthcare environments is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance employee advocacy with business needs.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
- Hybrid role:
