Position:
Competency Analyst (Contract – 6 months, $31/hr, 77086). On site required, no remote options.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM‑4:00 PM – no overtime; 100% on‑site.
Travel:
Domestic travel (CA, TX, LA) may be required.

Interview Process: 1st round virtual interview – candidate prepares a 10‑minute presentation on a relevant topic. 2nd round in‑person interview.
Timeline to fill:
Must start by March 23rd at the latest.
Manage and administer competency activities including staff communication, liaison with internal and external personnel, software control, and accurate record keeping to monitor the effectiveness of activities.
Primary Responsibilities- Ensure competency records are created and maintained in accordance with legislative requirements.
- Review and update competency materials to meet business needs.
- Maintain and develop the Competency System for the organization.
- Monitor deadlines and phases of the Competency System.
- Act as Assessor and/or Verifier.
- Monitor, record, and analyze the effectiveness of competency training programs.
- Perform other work‑related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all Company and HSE policies and procedures.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for all trainers.
- Perform other work‑related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all Company and HSE policies and procedures.
- Manage training operations and development.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Professional work experience in competency, training, or employee development.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently enforced and adhered to.
- Continuously evaluate the group’s processes and methods to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment.
- Provide daily supervision of employee job execution, including training, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
- Liaise with customers and internal departments to define and arrange training requirements and schedules.
