Usphysicaltherapy2 in Houston is seeking an HR Coordinator to support HR processes across our region. Training is onsite initially, then hybrid work with 1 day onsite.
You will enter new hires, manage employee records in the HRIS, and provide operational support with high-volume data entry. Responsibilities include onboarding, offboarding, compliance with I-9s and licenses, and cross-functional collaboration with Payroll, Recruiting, IT and Compliance.
