What You'll Do:
- Serve as a trusted HR resource by supporting day-to-day Human Resources operations and ensuring positive employee experience.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records while ensuring data integrity across HR systems.
- Respond to employee and candidate inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, onboarding, and hiring processes.
- Partner with external vendors and benefits providers to support health, disability, retirement, and other employee benefit programs.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation, helping new employees feel welcomed and set up for success.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including benefits enrollment, company meetings, recognition programs, holiday celebrations, retirement events, and other special projects.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on departmental initiatives and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Support additional HR projects and responsibilities as the department continues to grow.
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience
- Required - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn HR systems, including ADP and other HRIS platforms.
- Bachelor or Associates degree in Human Resource is preferred
