HR Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will support the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Records Management:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accurate information.
- Ensure all employee files are complete and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
Recruitment Support:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Conduct initial applicant screenings and reference checks.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Coordinate offboarding procedures, ensuring all exit documentation is completed and necessary equipment is returned.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets and attendance records.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and address any inquiries related to benefits.
HR Reporting:
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed, including turnover rates, absence records, and other key metrics.
- Analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role
Skills and
Competencies:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (ADP WFN)
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bilingual preferred
Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
