TOYO Solar is committed to becoming a leading provider of solar cells and solar modules focused on the U.S. market. We are expanding our U.S. solar manufacturing platform in Humble, Texas, with a planned 2GW module manufacturing capacity, including 1GW already operational and an additional 1GW expected to commence operations in Q3 2026. TOYO is also developing a 1.5GW Heterojunction (HJT) solar cell manufacturing facility in the Houston metropolitan area.

Position Overview

The Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition & Global Mobility is responsible for two primary areas: U.S. talent acquisition and global mobility/immigration coordination
.

This position manages full-cycle recruiting for U.S.

-based positions across manufacturing, engineering, technical, professional, management, and corporate functions while developing recruiting pipelines to support TOYO's continued growth.

The position also serves as a key liaison between the Texas HR team, Headquarters ("HQ"), overseas facilities, employees, and outside immigration counsel regarding U.S. work visas and global mobility matters.

The role reports directly to the Human Resources Manager
. U.S. hiring priorities, headcount coordination, recruiting assignments, compensation decisions, and overall HR direction remain under the oversight of the Human Resources Manager. New or changed U.S. hiring needs received from HQ should be promptly communicated to the Human Resources Manager for review and prioritization.

Due to frequent communication with HQ and overseas facilities,
professional proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required.

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, sourcing, candidate outreach, screening, interviews, candidate evaluation, offers, pre-employment requirements, and candidate pre-onboarding.
  • Recruit across manufacturing, production, quality, engineering, technical, operations, finance, sales, marketing, legal, management, and corporate functions.
  • Partner with the HR Manager and hiring managers to determine staffing requirements, qualifications, recruiting priorities, and hiring timelines.
  • Develop strong candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
  • Develop recruiting channels through colleges/technical schools, workforce organizations, community and veteran organizations, professional associations, employee referrals, hiring events, recruiting platforms, direct sourcing, and other sources.
  • Coordinate with recruiting agencies when additional support is required.
  • Maintain regular candidate communication and provide a professional candidate experience.
  • Coordinate offers within approved compensation parameters and company procedures.
  • Coordinate background checks and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Manage candidates through confirmed Day 1 and coordinate the handoff to HR Operations.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and track open positions, pipelines, hiring activity, timelines, and expected start dates.
  • Provide recruiting/headcount updates to the HR Manager and appropriate HQ stakeholders.
  • Support high-volume recruiting and workforce expansion initiatives.
HQ Recruiting Coordination
  • Serve as a day-to-day recruiting liaison between Texas HR and HQ regarding approved U.S. staffing needs.
