What You Can Expect:
We offer a unique opportunity to dive into the world of Human Resources, where you'll work closely with experienced HR professionals and contribute to critical HR processes:

• Project Management:
  Collaborate with the HR Director and HR Manager on key projects related to compliance, recruiting, onboarding, and talent management. Your contributions will directly influence our HR strategy.
• Recruiting & Hiring:
  Get hands-on experience in the recruiting process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating the interview process. You'll play a pivotal role in bringing new talent into our organization.
• HR Compliance & Employment Law:
  Learn about the application of employment laws, especially in areas like employment eligibility and confidentiality. You'll help ensure that our HR practices are legally compliant and efficient.
• Employee Benefits & Payroll:
  Support the management of employee benefits, assisting with new hire enrollments and troubleshooting issues. You'll also learn about payroll systems and how they integrate with HR processes.

What We're Looking For:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Overall GPA of 3.0 or greater. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet application is essential. You should also be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
