Bilingual HR Specialist

Our construction client in South Houston is seeking a Bilingual HR Specialist to join their team! • Assist with onboarding and new hire orientations
• Support employee performance review processes
• Help maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Provide light payroll and benefits administration support
• Assist with timekeeping and timesheet review
• Coordinate employee travel and lodging arrangements when needed
• Respond to employee HR-related questions and provide administrative support
• Partner with operations and management to support workforce needs
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures

• 3–5 years of HR experience preferred
• Experience is valued over degree requirements
• Prior experience supporting onboarding, payroll, or employee relations preferred
• Experience in a fast‑paced or multi‑site environment is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
