HR Coordinator
- Contract Position (Immediate Start through November 2026)

Ramji Law Group is seeking an organized, dependable, and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis through December 2026. This position is available for an immediate start and will provide hands-on support to our Human Resources function and employees across the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions
  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding and employee offboarding
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with recruiting, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Prepare HR correspondence, forms, and internal communications
  • Track employee documentation, deadlines, and required acknowledgments
  • Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related employee inquiries
  • Support benefits administration and employee inquiries as needed
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events
  • Help ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently followed
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department
  • Assist with special HR projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Human Resources, HR coordination, recruiting, or administrative support preferred
  • ADP experience preferred
  • Payroll processing experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee and payroll information professionally
  • Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general HR/business software
  • Professional, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for someone who can step in quickly, stay organized, and help keep HR operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with employees and leadership at all levels.

This is a temporary contract opportunity beginning as soon as possible and continuing through December 2026.
