Construction Recruiter

We’re partnering with a growing organization in the energy and industrial sector seeking an experienced
Senior Recruiter – Construction
to join their team. This role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving full-cycle recruiting efforts across technical, engineering, operations, and corporate functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake meeting through offer acceptance
• Partner closely with hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans
• Advise stakeholders on candidate evaluation, interview best practices, and market trends
• Conduct intake sessions to align on role requirements, timelines, and hiring expectations
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and relationship-building efforts
• Assess candidates for technical qualifications, culture fit, and long-term potential
• Utilize recruiting metrics and market data to influence hiring decisions
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the ATS
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning initiatives

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or corporate functions
• Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and hiring teams
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Strong understanding of recruiting analytics and labor market trends
• Proven ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines
