As a Founding Talent Partner, you will have the opportunity to recruit and place candidates while leveraging the infrastructure, contracts, payroll systems, compliance programs, insurance coverage, funding resources, and operational support provided by Lane Staffing.
You focus on recruiting. We handle the rest.
What You'll DoAs a Talent Partner, you will:
- Source and recruit qualified candidates
- Screen and evaluate talent
- Submit candidates for open opportunities
- Coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate relationships
- Support assignment extensions and redeployments
- Build your recruiting pipeline and referral network
Lane Staffing manages:
- Client contracts
- Payroll processing
- Funding and payroll financing
- Workers' compensation coverage
- Compliance and onboarding
- Credentialing
- Billing and collections
- Administrative support
- Operational infrastructure
- Healthcare Staffing
- Government Staffing
- Accounting & Finance

We are currently selecting a limited number of Founding Talent Partners who will help launch and shape the future of the Lane Talent Partners Network.
Founding Talent Partners receive priority access to opportunities, referral incentives, and eligibility for future leadership roles as the network expands.
