Key Responsibilities for the Multi-State HR Manager:

• Manage HR operations across CA, NV, and AZ
• Oversee multi-state payroll and compliance
• Handle employee relations and investigations
• Administer leaves, workers' compensation, and accommodations
• Manage onboarding, I-9s, and terminations
• Oversee prevailing wage and certified payroll processes

Qualifications for the Multi-State HR Manager:

• Multi-state HR experience
• Strong California employment law knowledge
• Hands-on multi-state payroll experience
• Prevailing wage and certified payroll experience
• Experience with union and non-union payroll
• HRIS/payroll system experience;
  Paylocity preferred
