Location: Houston, TX - Near the Galleria / Uptown Area

Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 base, DOE

Bell & Associates is partnering with a growing organization to identify a driven, high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR team.
This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys owning the recruiting process from sourcing through offer. The ideal candidate is a true hunter - proactive, organized, motivated, and comfortable building talent pipelines rather than waiting for candidates to come to them.
What You'll Do- Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer and onboarding
- Recruit for a high volume of frontline operations and management positions across multiple Texas markets
- Proactively source and engage candidates through Linked In, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process
- Partner with HR leadership and Account Directors on management-level recruiting
- Participate in and lead new-hire orientations and group presentations
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within the ATS
- Help improve recruiting processes and overall candidate experience
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong sourcing and candidate development skills
- A proactive hunter mentality and strong sense of urgency
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable presenting to groups
- Highly motivated, focused, and self-directed
- High-volume recruiting experience preferred
- Experience with Greenhouse and/or Paylocity is a plus
- Industry background is flexible - strong recruiting fundamentals and the right mindset are most important
- $60,000–$75,000 base salary
