Salary: $60,000–$70,000

We’re seeking a motivated Recruiter to join a growing organization and take ownership of full-cycle recruiting across both corporate and field-based positions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, partnering with hiring managers, and directly impacting the growth of a business.

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance

• Partner directly with hiring managers and leadership across multiple departments

• Recruit for a variety of corporate and field-based roles

• Help improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring strategies

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple open positions

• Source, screen, interview, and identify qualified candidates

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop effective recruiting strategies

• Create and manage job postings across recruiting platforms

• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and offers

• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting metrics, and ATS documentation

• Collaborate with HR and leadership to continuously improve the hiring experience

• 1+ years of recruiting experience
  , ideally with full-cycle exposure

• Experience with in construction, homebuilding, manufacturing, or a related industry is a plus

• Comfortable sourcing candidates and utilizing ATS/recruiting platforms

• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of urgency
