This role leads full-cycle hiring for high-impact, senior-level positions while shaping strategy with HR and business stakeholders.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hard-to-fill and executive-level positions
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and search strategies
• Provide market intelligence and workforce planning insights to leadership
• Manage sourcing, pipeline development, screening, and offer coordination
• Draft and maintain job descriptions aligned with company standards
• Support executive search, including interview planning and assessments
• Build pipelines, branding initiatives, and candidate engagement campaigns
• Analyze hiring data and trends to guide decisions
• Leverage ATS and AI tools to streamline workflows

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources
• Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms, Linked In Recruiter, CRM tools, and Boolean search

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience recruiting executive or senior leadership talent
• Experience with relocation or visa sponsorship
• Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing
• Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
