Schedule:
Days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Will be able to work remotely on Fridays.

The Contract HR TA Coordinator supports the full recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, offer letters, and pre-employment screenings. The role also provides broader HR support such as maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, coordinating HR communications, supporting compliance and policy administration, and performing general HR administrative duties. Strong organizational skills, confidentiality, ATS proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with Recruiter on recruitment efforts, i.e. phone screens, interviews, offers, pre-employment checks, etc.
- Process job requisitions in Success Factors recruitment system
- Advertise job openings on company careers site, internal site, and job boards
- Schedule interviews for hiring teams
- Submit offers and new hire paperwork
- Coordinate pre-employment process for selected candidates
- Assist with special projects
- Handle confidential information discreetly
- Act as a support to Recruiter in liaison with employment agencies
- Additional duties as assigned and trained
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in full cycle recruiting and/ or supporting talent acquisition and/or HR admin
- Proven work experience as an HR coordinator or similar, preferably in the oil and gas sector
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, SAP Success Factors, preferred
- Microsoft Office
