Overview

CAB Enterprises, Inc ('CAB Enterprises, or the 'Company') is the exclusive sales and customer service Company representing Electrolit in the United States. The primary objective of CAB Enterprises is to lead the growth of Electrolit sales in the United States.

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will strategically and proactively source both passive and active candidates to build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline for the company's current and future staffing needs. This role includes proficiently managing the applicant tracking system, reviewing resumes, and contacting candidates to determine their fit and interest. Additionally, the Specialist will collaborate closely with third-party agencies, recruiters, hiring managers, and other HR team members to ensure a positive candidate experience and a smooth hiring process.

Principal Duties
  • Consult and coordinate with management on current and future hiring needs
  • Source applicants to match hiring requirements
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, recruitment agencies and associations
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with Hiring Managers
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely follow-up
  • Extend offers and negotiate compensation
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating new hire paperwork and communicating with hiring managers and other members of the HR team
  • Prepare job offer materials in accordance with the job specifications
  • Update candidate records and update job postings in Applicant Tracking System
  • Assess and manage agency relationships
  • Explore and utilize various sourcing channels such as direct sourcing, universities, employee referrals, and career and job fairs
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the Human Resources Department
  • Perform other duties as required
Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement
  • At least three (3) years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proficiency with online job boards to post open positions and source candidates
  • Experience in using Linked In Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates is a plus!
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
Other Requirements
  • Able and willing to travel (Travel up to 10%)
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
