Key Responsibilities for the HR Generalist:

• Serve as the primary HRIS administrator for ADP Workforce Now
  
  • Manage HR data, employee records, and system-related processes
  
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
  
  • Assist with benefits administration and HR compliance initiatives
  
  • Provide general HR support across employee relations and day-to-day HR operations

Qualifications for the HR Generalist:
