Campus Recruiter, Talent Acquisition

• Recruit and place external candidates, with specific focus on the College Recruiting Program
• Develop, coordinate, implement, evaluate, and administer recruiting processes
• Guide candidates through the hiring process and successfully close candidates during the offer stage
• Deliver informative presentations in classrooms or at student organization events
• Help develop and conduct training programs for staff and managers participating in recruitment activities
• Work directly with managers and assist with interviewing and selection
• Coordinate the College Recruiting Program
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with college and university accounting departments and placement officials
• Plan and implement effective recruiting strategies and fresh approaches
• Understand marketplace activities and competitors
• Plan and execute job fairs, information sessions, and interview schedules
• Maintain recruitment records, metrics, and relevant data
• Develop candidate pipelines aligned with open requisitions and recruiting activities
• Participate in committees and special projects
• Update the Applicant Tracking System and provide candidate paperwork to Human Resources Administration at offer acceptance
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• One to three years related professional experience, including participation in a campus-recruiting program
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research
• Experience with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to travel as needed

Demonstrates expertise in recruiting processes, including college recruiting programs, candidate engagement, and effective communication. Proficient in utilizing HRIS and maintaining recruitment metrics to support hiring strategies.
