As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will serve as a key member of the HR team, supporting critical processes across recruiting, onboarding, employee records administration, compliance, and vendor management. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional who enjoys creating structure, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring an optimised and seamless candidate and employee experience.
You will play an important role in supporting the full employee lifecycle while partnering across HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Facilities, IT, and hiring managers throughout the organisation. - Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field AND 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting coordination, employee onboarding, HR administration, or a related administrative support function
- Experience working with an HRIS and/or Applicant Tracking System (ATS);
- Workday experience strongly preferred
- Experience coordinating interviews, scheduling complex calendars, and managing hiring logistics
- Knowledge of Form I‑9 processing, E‑Verify, and employment eligibility compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills (sorting, filtering, formulas, and reporting)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines and maintain accurate records
- Ability to quickly learn new processes, systems, and technologies
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate requisition setup and support recruiting activities in Workday
- Schedule candidate interviews and manage interview logistics
- Prepare offer letters and employment‑related documentation
- Manage background checks, drug screenings, and pre‑employment requirements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate onboarding activities with HR, IT, Payroll, Facilities, and hiring teams to ensure a seamless new hire experience
- Maintain accurate candidate and new hire records and track onboarding completion
- Support employer registrations in new states and partner with Payroll on related set‑up activities
- Complete and maintain Form I‑9 and E‑Verify processes, including reverifications and periodic audits
- Process employee data changes and maintain accurate employee records within Workday
- Support HR compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures
