Senior Recruiter

Description

-    Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from intake through offer acceptance.

-    Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and talent requirements.

-    Develop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.

-    Recruit for positions including project management, construction management, operations leadership, estimating, VDC/BIM, project controls, accounting, finance, HR, safety, procurement, recruiting, and executive leadership.

-    Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess technical qualifications, cultural fit, and long-term potential.

-    Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring team feedback.

-    Prepare candidate summaries and hiring recommendations for leadership review.

-    Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.

-    Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting workflows within  and other recruiting systems.

-    Support offer generation, offer presentation, and onboarding coordination.

-    Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

-    Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring activity, pipeline health, and search progress.

Requirements

Experience recruiting within one or more of the following areas:

-    Electrical Construction

-    Commercial Construction

-    Industrial Construction

-    Project Controls

-    Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.

-    3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (Required).

-    Experience recruiting technical, operational, or construction-related positions (Required).

-    Strong sourcing experience using Linked In Recruiter and other direct sourcing tools.

-    Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

-    Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.

-    Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

- Experience with applicant tracking systems.
