The Human Resources Generalist oversees the daily operations of the HR department, which includes recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes; management of payroll, benefits, and paid time off (PTO); employee engagement initiatives and general administrative work. Additionally, this role provides support to department managers in employee relations as needed.

In-office on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday; remote on Tuesday and Friday
- Starting at $60K
- Final compensation will vary depending on several factors, including role level, skills, competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience
- Manage payroll and ensure accurate compensation
- Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave
- Oversee annual performance reviews, raises and bonuses
- Oversee the full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers
- Organize and conduct orientation sessions for new employees
- Manage terminations, conduct exit interviews, and handle employee offboarding
- Foster a positive workplace culture through recognition programs and different initiatives
- Address and resolve employee concerns, complaints, disputes, and disciplinary matters
- Identify team needs and implement team-building programs or relevant training
- Manage HR Information Systems (HRIS) and maintain employee handbook, data and reporting
- Support and lead HR initiatives or other projects that support company operations
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
- At least two to three years of human resources experience is preferred
- Must pass background check screening
