TALENT COORDINATOR Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a detail-oriented Talent Coordinator in the Southeast Houston area. In this dynamic, high-impact role, you will be responsible for streamlining the recruitment process, collaborating directly with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless experience for top candidate talent. Conducting initial resume reviews of applied candidates to filter out applicants who do not meet minimum qualifications

Interfacing with hiring managers to verify desired screening criteria

Coordinating phone screen appointments between recruiters and approved candidates

Supporting administrative recruitment functions to ensure timely candidate processing

What you’ll need:

At least 3+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, candidate screening, or administrative support

Strong communication skills for professional candidate and manager interaction

Excellent organizational abilities to manage high-volume scheduling and resume tracking

Perks:

Competitive pay rate starting at $28-$33/hr Full-time schedule (40 hours per week, standard 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM hours)
