Senior Recruiter - LNG & Energy Projects

Teal Energi is seeking an experienced recruiter with an established network across the LNG, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, and broader Energy sectors. We're looking for someone who already knows the market, understands the people, and thrives on winning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contract and contingent workforce positions.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for project-based and long-term contract assignments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with skilled technical professionals across the LNG and Energy industries.
• Develop pipelines of engineers, project controls professionals, construction personnel, operations specialists, maintenance professionals, commissioning and startup teams, HSSE personnel, QA/QC professionals, and supply chain specialists.
• Execute high-volume recruiting campaigns supporting project mobilizations, construction programs, commissioning activities, operational staffing, and turnarounds.
• Conduct detailed candidate assessments covering technical qualifications, project experience, compensation expectations, travel requirements, and availability.
• Prepare and present comprehensive candidate summaries and interview recommendations to clients.
• Maintain frequent communication with contractors before, during, and after deployment.
• Partner closely with account managers and leadership teams to meet critical workforce demands.
• Support contractor redeployment efforts and maintain long-term relationships throughout a candidate's career.
• Track recruiting activity and pipeline development through ATS and CRM systems.
• Stay informed on LNG project activity, industry hiring trends, labor market conditions, and competitor activity.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience within LNG, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Industrial Construction, or related energy industries.
• Proven success recruiting contractors and contingent workforce personnel.
• Established professional network within the energy sector.
• Experience supporting major capital projects, construction programs, commissioning and startup activities, operations, maintenance, or turnaround environments.
• Strong direct sourcing, networking, and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Experience utilizing ATS platforms, CRM systems, Linked In Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• LNG recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Existing relationships within Gulf Coast energy markets.
• Experience supporting owner/operators, EPC organizations, construction contractors, and commissioning teams.
• Knowledge of contractor onboarding, compliance requirements, workforce mobilization, and project logistics.
