HR Generalist / Talent Management, HR Manager
For our client, we are seeking a SR MGR HR BUSINESS PARTNER to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.
In this role, you will serve as a strategic people partner to functional and business unit leaders, helping shape HR strategy that supports growth, capability building, and operational results. You will lead cross-functional HR initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment and help drive alignment across global teams. This position requires strong business acumen, change leadership, and the ability to deliver meaningful outcomes through others.
Location:
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $145,600 – $181,900 annually
Responsibilities- Drive comprehensive HR strategies supporting functional and business unit goals
- Serve as a strategic partner to functional leadership to enable business outcomes
- Lead cross-functional HR initiatives to improve organizational capability
- Ensure clarity and accountability in HR programs and processes
- Deliver results through effective HR team leadership and talent development
- Champion change management and organizational transformation initiatives
- Drive empathy and accountability in talent and organizational initiatives
Foster global collaboration and networked HR solutions across diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 13+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly as an HR Business Partner
- Experience in complex, matrixed organizational environments
- Track record of driving strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals
- Strong operational rigor and ability to deliver results through others
- Expertise in change management and talent development
- Exceptional business acumen and emotional intelligence
- Proven experience in leading global HR initiatives
