Our Houston office is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Summary:

The Recruitment Coordinator at Fulkrum Technical Resources supports staffing delivery for external clients across North America, including both direct-hire and temporary/contract placements. This position coordinates recruitment activities from intake through placement, working closely with recruiters, candidates, and clients to ensure timely and effective delivery.

The role includes candidate sourcing and screening, interview and onboarding coordination, recruitment administration, and client communication. The Recruitment Coordinator will participate in client intake calls, clarify staffing requirements, provide status updates, and coordinate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support the full recruitment and staffing process for external client requirements, including direct-hire and temporary/contract positions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, social media, professional networks, industry contacts, and other recruitment channels.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening to assess qualifications, availability, location, compensation expectations, and overall fit.
  • Coordinate with recruiters and internal teams to identify, qualify, and submit candidates that meet client requirements.
  • Participate in client intake calls and follow-up discussions to understand and clarify job requirements, priorities, timelines, and staffing needs.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, client feedback, offers, onboarding, mobilization, and other placement logistics.
  • Maintain timely communication and follow-up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and recruitment materials in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate candidate, client, and recruitment activity records in the CRM/Applicant Tracking System.
  • Monitor open requirements and proactively follow up on outstanding actions, candidate status, and client feedback.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates to support successful placements and ongoing staffing needs.
  • Identify additional staffing opportunities and communicate potential client needs to the appropriate internal team.
  • Support recruitment campaigns, client meetings, and site visits as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

This position does not oversee staff.

Education/

Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of agency recruitment experience, preferably supporting external clients and/or direct-hire and temporary/contract staffing.
  • Experience managing multiple job requisitions, candidates, and client requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, recruiters, and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing requirements, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent follow-up.
  • Proactive, organized, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to providing a high level of service to clients and candidates.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Working knowledge of agency recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and staffing processes.
