Training and Development Specialist

Join Baker Ripley’s workforce development team as a Training and Development Specialist and play a vital role in empowering staff and program success through engaging, high-impact learning experiences. In partnership with Workforce Solutions and programs like SNAP E&T, you’ll design and deliver innovative training strategies that equip employees with the tools needed to help individuals overcome employment barriers and achieve long-term stability.

In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to assess training needs, coordinate and facilitate in-person and virtual sessions, and develop compelling learning materials that drive performance. You’ll manage learning systems, track training outcomes, and continuously refine programs based on feedback and industry best practices. Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience3-5 years of proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role.
