Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
Hi. We’re Hummingbird.
We’re elevating patient access so patients can get healthcare how, when, and where they need it. We partner with healthcare systems to transform how patients access care, enabling their providers to focus on what matters most – caring for patients. By managing patient access as a technology-enabled service, we help health systems stabilize costs and improve patient experience while creating good jobs that attract and retain talent in the industry.
Our team of experts is obsessed with the connection between the people, processes, and technology that make healthcare organizations hum. Join us and help build the healthcare experience we want for our communities, our families, and ourselves.
Summary
Help us build the team that patients count on when they call for care.
As part of a team of recruiters at Hummingbird, you’ll participate in full-cycle recruiting for Patient Access Specialists and Triage Nurses, the team members patients reach first for everyday needs like booking an appointment, requesting a refill, getting clinical advice, or getting help logging into their patient portal.
You’ll work alongside other recruiters to manage a high volume of requisitions and candidates, using structured interview and selection practices to keep hiring consistent and moving quickly. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to clarify requirements, keep the process on track, and advise on best hiring practices. You’ll bring a sharp eye for process improvements, volunteering where we could adapt our work.
This is fast-moving work, and it suits people who can prioritize independently, adapt quickly as priorities shift, and keep things moving without waiting to be told what’s next.
