Job SummaryIn this position, you will lead a Talent Acquisition team to ensure all staffing and recruitment targets are met. You will develop strong relationships with Senior HR Business Partners, hiring managers and professional organizations to understand and forecast Bechtel's Talent Acquisition needs. You will evaluate metrics and lead sourcing strategies to ensure business goals are met. This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project.
Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership. #LI-AS2
- Coordinates and leads the daily activities of Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring effective execution of recruiting priorities and deliverables.
- Establishes team priorities, monitors performance, and drives accountability for adherence to company processes, policies, and service standards.
- Partners with hiring managers to ensure candidates are progressed and dispositioned in a timely and efficient manner, supporting a positive candidate experience.
- Serves as an escalation point for complex recruiting issues and provides timely resolution to support business needs.
- Analyzes and interprets Talent Acquisition metrics and workforce data to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensures staffing activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws.
- Leads and participates in strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives, including workforce planning, employer branding efforts, inclusive recruiting programs, and career events.
- Builds strong partnerships with business leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8
-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
- Experience recruiting professional, technical, engineering, project management, or leadership roles
- Demonstrated success managing complex, high-volume, or strategic hiring initiative
- Able to resolve a wide range of complex recruiting issues independently
- Recognized as an advanced contributor with specialized expertise
- Exercises sound judgment and influences decisions across multiple stakeholders
- Networks effectively internally and externally to attract talent and solve hiring challenges
