Our client, a well-established international law firm serving businesses and high-growth companies globally, is seeking a temporary Law Student Recruiting Coordinator. This role supports the law student recruiting team in the firm's Dallas and Houston offices during the summer associate hiring season. The position is based on-site in either Houston or Dallas for 27 to 52 weeks. Join a dynamic legal environment dedicated to excellence and growth.

Law Student Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all aspects of law student and entry-level recruiting processes for the Dallas and Houston offices.
  • Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including feedback collection and candidate documentation.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new associates and attorneys, ensuring smooth orientation and integration.
  • Coordinate interview programs, law school engagement events, and sponsorship activities.
  • Manage interview logistics, scheduling, and supporting documentation to ensure seamless execution.

Law Student Recruiting Coordinator

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least one year of experience in a law firm or client service role preferred.
  • Legal recruiting experience and applicant tracking system familiarity are advantageous.
  • Proficiency with Linked In and social media platforms preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours during busy recruiting periods.
