Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead strategic recruiting efforts for Gensler’s South Central Region, supporting multiple offices with full-cycle recruiting and ongoing candidate engagement. This is an in-person role open to candidates based in Dallas or Houston, Texas.

You will represent Gensler through candidate-facing outreach and engagement while managing recruiting end to end. The position includes work across emerging talent through executive leadership, with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience and building durable talent pipelines for regional hiring demand.

• Act as a Brand Ambassador for Gensler, promoting the firm through tools, technologies, and social media platforms.
• Own the full recruiting life-cycle
  , supporting research and sourcing through offer and acceptance for both active and passive candidates.
• Source talent through networking with employees, professional organizations, social media (for example Linked In), and other channels.
• Create and implement candidate engagement strategies to build networks of engaged prospects through active sourcing and employer branding activities across external and internal audiences.
• Build and maintain targeted pipelines by developing relationships with candidates as a trusted advisor.
• Provide regular reporting, metrics, and analyses to communicate progress against demand and timelines for assigned recruitment drives.
• Advise business stakeholders on market trends, competitor information, market challenges, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Demonstrate understanding of and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

• Support the design and implementation of screening and assessment tools to effectively evaluate a diverse candidate pool against the firm’s core values.
• Partner with leaders to provide training on effective interview techniques.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by delivering strategic direction and consultation to secure required talent.
• Foster a region-wide culture and environment aligned with firm values and strategic goals, acting as an integrator across the region.

• 8+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
• Strategic advisor experience leveraging data management for recruiting-related information (candidates, competitors, projects, and connections to the firm).
• Ability to organize and execute time management priorities while communicating effectively with stakeholders and team members.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
  ; experience with Avature is strongly preferred.
• Proactive and collaborative approach to accomplish business objectives in a team setting.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to engage with leadership to develop strategies and solution delivery methods for important business needs.
• Track record of building and maintaining effective, positive working relationships across all levels.
• High initiative, responsiveness, and self-motivation with internal and external clients.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

• Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or Professional Services industries is highly preferred.
